ORDER OF AUCTION: According to Ray County the farm is 125+/- acres, and it is offered in two individual tracts. This allows a buyer an opportunity to purchase one tract or both tracts (entire farm).
TRACT #1: consists of 45+/- acres of row crop land with road frontage on the north and east sides.
TRACT #2: consists of 80+/- of row crop land with road frontage on the east and south sides.
